I am so ready for spring!

I am tired of the cold, the snow, the ice, and the salt all over my car. Is spring ever going to get here? I am ready to move somewhere warm, but I can't talk my boyfriend into it. He wants to wait 5 more years. I have lived in Ohio all my life and I am ready for a change. I hate dealing with coats, gloves, hats, and scraping windows. I like to be able to grab my purse and keys and go. I love to sit outside and enjoy the sunshine on warm sunny days. I hate Ohio in the winter. Do you like the weather where you live? Does anyone have any recommendations on nice warm places in the U.S. where the cost of living is not outrageous?
